So after we have passed Mother’s and Father’s day just recently, we would like to dedicate this article to flowers. Even though flowers may seem boring to some people, these flowers are certainly not boring at all!
Flowers have inspired humans since millenniums due their form, color and smell. Furthermore, the flower shown below possess special forms, which seem to imitate other natural beings. One may wonder if those flowers did this on purpose or if they just form these incredible designs through coincidence? Maybe Charles Darwin has a suitable answer…
Nevertheless, the biological function of a flower is to enable reproduction by providing a mechanism for the union of sperm with eggs. They aim to attract insects and birds in order to spread their seeds or pollen. Therefore, flowers can be regarded as the sexual organ of plants. So next time you put your nose in a flower, think about this fact.
Which of the flowers below is your favorite? Are there any flowers missing in this post? Feel free to comment, we will appreciate it!
