Who has not encountered an ugly graffiti on a wall and thought: “Is this supposed to be art”?. In most cases graffiti are done in a hectic rush and only depict a pseudonym. Not a lot of street artist try to actually paint something with real artistic value.
This series we like to dedicate to those, who engage into real Street Art. Look at these remarkable pieces, which are not only displaying a brilliant execution, but also an intelligent and profound meaning. The artists are able to wipe away the borders of reality and art, by including the art piece into a real environment. This interplay provides a magnificent boost to the art piece and shows the sophisticated side of Street Art.
All of these art pieces are inspiring and most of them provide a lot of food for thought. Which one is your favorite? What is your opinion about graffiti and Street Art? Do you prefer to live in a clean and sterile environment? Or do you prefer to live in an artistic and disheveled neighborhood? Please comment if you like, we are anxious to read your comments!
